Simple Step 1: Kick the Soda Habit!

Your Body Will Love You For It! 

As I get started on my day, there are several things I naturally put into play. I do my meditation and writings, and then I set my first bottle of water up for the day. Here's an easy tip if you didn't already know it -- take your body weight and divide it in half. That's how many ounces your body needs (minimum) in a day. Weigh 100 pounds? That's 50 ounces! Tada!! If you work out, or hike, or do a lot of gardening, your need will increase of course! But that's a great general rule of thumb.

So, for me, Simple Steps has meant replacing some items I used to use with other, healthier options.
